New Car Wash

The project will demolish all existing improvements and new construction of the carwash. The new carwash has a 2nd floor for the vacuum service, about 5,159 SF.  The 1st floor has a carwash tunnel, equipment room, and polish tunnel, about 7,329 SF.   The total area is approximately 12,488 SF. There will be a new installation of (20) vacuums, (3) 1,500-gallon in-ground clarifiers with inspection well, and new exterior lighting and landscaping.
