Tenant Improvement

Tenant improvement of the two-story building of the LA County Agricultural Commissioner/Weights & Measures Office located at 11012 Garfield Ave., South Gate, CA, with an area of approximately 18,000 SF. The building is divided into 3 sections; Section A is a 2-story 12K SF structure that shall be used for offices and laboratories, Section B is a 5640 SF offices and warehouse, and Section C is 5300 SF HazMat warehouse. Section A and B shall be remodeled per the Programming and Needs Assessment Report dated on July 2019.
