Multi-Family Housing

A new construction of Mixed-use (Tower A) and Multi-residential podium (Tower B) building with a total of approximately 240 apartment units in a 60,000 sq. ft. lot. It has a total floor area of 200,000 sq. ft. with 90 studio units, 120 single-bedroom units, and 30 two-bedroom units.

The building is a 7 stories type III-A with 2 levels of type I-A parking. Tower A has a 6,100 sq. ft. core & shell restaurant at first floor. Whereas, Tower B has lobby, bike storages, and other amenities at the 2nd level.
